Matthew is the Executive Vice President of Operations and Business Development at Fleming Therapy Services, Inc. A retired Navy Surface Warfare Officer, Matthew served over 25 years of honorable Navy service. Prior to his retirement, he achieved the rank of Captain and was selected as Base Commander for Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story in Virginia Beach, VA. Throughout his navy career he has held various positions of leadership and management ashore and afloat including Commanding Officer of a US Navy Warship.

Matthew and Carrie believe in family and service to their community. They have 6 children and reside in Stafford VA and are involved in national and local charities. Matthew is an active Rotarian of the Stafford Rotary Club, and a Paul Harris Fellow and Society member.
